Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Kube Lite ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, solely for personal or professional use in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App for unlawful purposes
- Use the App to access Kubernetes clusters without proper authorization
- Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the App or any portion of it
4. Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the cluster credentials you configure in the App, the commands you execute, and any changes you make to Kubernetes resources. The App is a tool; you retain full responsibility for all actions taken through it.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
7. Updates and Changes
We may update the App and these terms at any time. App updates may be delivered through the App Store. Continued use after changes to these terms constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where the developer is located.
